Working towards Healthier Employees - Smoking Cessation and Obesity (ET11)
Studies have shown that smokers and overweight employees have higher health care bills than nonsmokers and those not overweight. As an employer, what can you do when it comes to smoking and obesity problems in your workplace? This course will address both of these sensitive areas and help guide you as to what you can and can’t do as well as provide examples of what other employers are doing.
